As part of my Industry Immersion Programme with Republic Polytechnic, I interned with Singtel's Channel Development team as a Livestreaming Intern. This role gave me hands-on exposure to the full livestream production process — from pre-production planning and equipment setup, through to live execution and post-event wrap-up.

Tasked to record footages and edit snippets at the Samsung Roadshow 2026 held at 313 Somerset. 

Previously, my colleagues evaluated livestreamers manually, sitting through entire 2–3 hour livestreams just to assess performance and compile feedback. This process was time-consuming and pulled team members away from other priorities.

To solve this, I designed and built Audit, an AI-powered web application that automatically evaluates 2–3 hour livestreams and delivers reports directly to users, removing the need for anyone to sit through the full stream. The platform includes a built-in AI assistant that can access data across all evaluated livestreams to generate custom reports and insights on demand and is capable of broader tasks such as web search and interactive features. The assistant is fronted by a small in-app helper mascot named Julia, giving the tool a more approachable, personable feel.

I led the project end-to-end, from identifying the problem, to designing the evaluation logic and AI integration, to shipping a fully functional, deployed product. By automating a task that previously took hours per livestream, Audit gives the team back significant time that can be redirected to other work.
